• Free for New Zealand orders over $300.00
• All other New Zealand orders: $10.00
• Shipping to Australia: $30.00
• Shipping to Other International Destinations: POA


Delivery time: While we do everything to get your parcel to you as soon as possible, please allow up to 5 working days for NZ orders and up to 10 working days for all Australian orders. Please also allow an extra 2-3 working days for rural deliveries.


Please note that any taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an online order, email and tell us you wish to cancel. Please include your name, details of your order and the reason for cancellation. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. You may, however, be eligible to return it in accordance with our returns policy.


We know online shopping can be tricky, so if you get the size wrong, or simply don’t like it, you may be able to return it if it fits within our returns policy as set out below:


Before returning any item(s) please email us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel on and fill us in on your situation and confirm that your request fits with our return policy.


For full price items (excluding Lingerie, swimwear and jewellery) purchased online we may offer a full refund, exchange or credit note for the value of the item(s). Where there is a difference in value, we will refund you or ask you to cover the difference.


The item must not have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after purchase, still have all original swing tags and packaging and you will need to include the receipt for the item(s).


We are unable to provide a refund, exchange, or credit note for all sale items purchased online.


We reserve the right to charge a $10.00 processing fee on any returns. This will be subtracted from any refund, credit note or factored into any exchange.


You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning any item(s) to us and also the exchange shipping cost if applicable. All returns must be sent by courier or tracked post and must have adequate insurance to cover the full purchase price of the item(s) and be returned to us within 7 days of purchase. If we do not receive the item(s) or we receive item(s) that have been damaged in transit, you will not receive a refund, exchange, or credit note.

Returns & Exchange Policy

47 Frocks is very happy to meets its obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and will always seek to provide a satisfactory remedy for both parties. Please be aware that 47 Frocks is under no obligation to accept a returned item if a customer has simply changed their mind, so please choose carefully. 

We will repair, replace or refund (as chosen by the customer) where goods are found to be defective. 

We are not obliged to and will not exchange or accept a return where:

- items have been worn or damaged after purchase;
- items were on sale or discounted;
- items are lingerie, swimwear, jewellery or accessories.

Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
