1. We pay the cost of shipping and handling on all orders over $150.00 within New Zealand- excluding sale items. Orders under $150.00, sale items and overseas, will incur the following shipping fees:

    • Shipping within New Zealand: $10.00
    • Shipping to Australia: $20.00
    • Shipping to Other International Destinations: $40.00

2. Delivery time: please allow up to 5 working days for orders received before midday on weekdays, excluding public holidays, and longer for rural delivery and delivery to Australia.

3. Please note that any taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. 47 Frocks takes no responsibility for any delay in the processing of your purchase should local taxes or duties be applied.

We know online shopping can be hard, so if you get the size wrong, or simply don’t like it, you may be able to return it as long as it fits within our returns policy as set out below: 

1. Before returning any item(s), email and tell us why you wish to return the item(s). We will assess whether or not you fit within our returns policy and confirm whether we will accept the return.
2. For full price items purchased online the following return options are available:
    • Full refund
    • Exchange
    • Credit note for the value of the item(s)
3. For sale items purchased online the following return options are available:
    • Exchange
    • Credit note for the value of the item(s)
4. Unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund, exchange, or credit note for sale items that have been discounted by 50 % or more.
5. We are unable to refund, exchange, or provide credit notes for item(s) where:
    • The item(s) has been worn, washed, altered or damaged after purchase
    • The item(s) is not re-packaged in its original packaging or the original packaging is damaged
    • The item(s) tags have been removed or damaged
    • The item(s) has not been returned within 7 working days of our confirmation that we will accept the return
    • The receipt for the item(s) is not included
    • The item(s) are intimates, swimwear or earrings (for hygiene reasons)

6. You pay the shipping costs for returning any item(s) to us. All returns must be sent by courier or tracked post and must have adequate insurance to cover the full purchase price of the item(s). If we do not received the item(s) or we receive item(s) that have been damaged in transit, you will not receive a refund, exchange, or credit note. Please send returns to:

7. In some circumstances and at our absolute discretion, we will make an exception to our returns policy. If you think you may need to return an item that is excluded from our returns policy, please email prior to ordering online and we will try our best to accommodate you.
If you need to cancel an online order, email and tell us you wish to cancel. Please include your name, details of your order and the reason for cancellation. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. You may, however, be eligible to return it in accordance with our returns policy.
