The Unconscious bias dress takes shape in navy plaid cotton: with long, gathered sleeves, multiple asymmetric gathered tiers, and a bias-cut panel. Not to play favourites but there's just something about this one.

Model is 5'10” and would usually wear our size 8. She is wearing a size 8.
Relaxed and roomy fit, true to size at shoulder. Not recommended to be worn tight-fitting.
