Maude is a family-owned wine company, created by experienced winemaking couple Sarah-Kate and Dan Dineen. Producing hand crafted wines from their custom build winery amidst the stunning back drop of Lake Wanaka. The family estate vineyard, Mt Maude, was planted in 1994 on the steep north facing slopes of the sheltered Maungawera Valley just outside of Wanaka. We Love their Pinot!!
The Chocolate Workshop produces quality chocolates in the time-honoured European tradition. They use Callebaut’s Finest Belgian Chocolate (couverture) enriched with locally sourced, fresh New Zealand ingredients. With roots in Hungary and the former Yugoslavia and raised in Mannheim, Germany a melting pot of immigrants from Italy, Turkey and Greece, Tanja grew up with an appreciation for food from many cultures. She trained for 3 years at the MARITIM Parkhotel in her hometown with Master Pastry Chef Oliver Schaefer. Starting with truffles, plate decoration and petit fours, Tanja fell in love with chocolate and has been hooked ever since. She produces Salted Caramels to die for!
